Drawing has become an important practice in contemporary art, one that stands equally alongside sculpture and painting. Drawing continues to serve as a support for these other disciplines, but now many artists also take up drawing as their principal mode of artistic production. In the next few Making & Meaning Conversation sessions, we will consider how different artists employ drawing in their creative practices. The first two artists we will look at are Ingrid Koenig and Ugo Rondinone.
